Zero Ground's ("Zero Ground"') Trademark Guidelines ("Guidelines") set
forth the legal policies for using or referring to any names, marks,
brands, logos, designs, slogans, trademarks, trade dress and other designations
Zero Ground uses in connection with its products and services (collectively,
"Zero Ground Trademarks"). Zero Ground Trademarks constitute Zero Ground
intellectual property and are important and valuable assets of Zero
Ground.
Application
of Guidelines
Zero Ground employees, customers, licensees, consultants, outside vendors,
and other third parties must follow these Guidelines. If Zero Ground
has licensed you use of an Zero Ground Trademark, your Zero Ground
license agreement may provide for trademark usage guidelines different
from these Guidelines. If so, please follow the guidelines pursuant
to your license agreement, but if your license agreement does not provide
for trademark guidelines, you must follow these Guidelines.
Use
of Zero Ground Trademarks
Zero Ground shall permit Zero Ground customers to refer to Zero Ground
products and services by the Zero Ground Trademarks provided that the
references (1) are truthful, fair, and not misleading, and (2) comply
with these Guidelines, which may be modified by Zero Ground from time
to time at Zero Ground's sole discretion.
Any Zero Ground customer desiring to use the Zero Ground logo must obtain
written permission from Zero Ground. If you are an Zero Ground customer
and are interested in obtaining a license to use the Zero Ground Trademark,
contact your Zero Ground marketing or sales representative. If Zero
Ground grants written permission to use the Zero Ground Trademark, you
must use the appropriate superscripted trademark symbol of Zero Ground's
ownership, [TM], [SM] or [R], with the Zero Ground Trademark in question.
When using any Zero Ground Trademark in any work, you must include the
following legend: "[insert Zero Ground Trademark used] is a trademark
of Zero Ground and may be registered in certain jurisdictions."
You cannot alter the Zero Ground Trademarks in any way, and cannot incorporate
Zero Ground Trademarks into your own product names, service names, trademarks,
logos, or company names. You must also not use marks or logos that are
confusingly similar to Zero Ground's marks and logos.
