Zero Ground's ("Zero Ground"') Trademark Guidelines ("Guidelines") set forth the legal policies for using or referring to any names, marks, brands, logos, designs, slogans, trademarks, trade dress and other designations Zero Ground uses in connection with its products and services (collectively, "Zero Ground Trademarks"). Zero Ground Trademarks constitute Zero Ground intellectual property and are important and valuable assets of Zero Ground.

Application of Guidelines

Zero Ground employees, customers, licensees, consultants, outside vendors, and other third parties must follow these Guidelines. If Zero Ground has licensed you use of an Zero Ground Trademark, your Zero Ground license agreement may provide for trademark usage guidelines different from these Guidelines.
